Junior Sales Directors promoted!
Alpha and omega to motivate BOM Sales Representatives next to the above standard salary and bonuses is especially the career growth. With the continuous increase in the number of Sales Representatives in the BOM, and with the opening of new office in Pilsen last year our three Sales Managers managed to break another milestone in their career. Since the New Year Ilya Zenkovich, Lukas Reich and Tomas Smid shifted their positions to become Junior Sales Directors and are actually taking the responsibility for offices in Prague, Pilsen and within a few weeks in Brno. We wish them good luck and hope that their successful managing on this position will lead to the further growth and will also be an inspiration for others.
